A Designed Scheme, Not Three Colors Off a Sheet

Most Henderson exteriors are stucco bodies with foam pop-outs, fascia, garage doors, and an entry — and most repaints treat that as a fill-in-the-blanks exercise from the HOA's approved list. A custom exterior starts from the other end: what should this house look like? We work the scheme as a design — body color chosen for how it reads at full scale in hard sun, trim and fascia that frame rather than disappear, pop-outs and banding in a supporting tone, and the front door as the one place the palette gets to be bold. Then we map that design onto what your HOA will approve.

  • Body, trim, and accent schemes designed as a set, sampled on your actual elevations before you commit
  • Front doors as statements — a deep color, brush-finished, that gives the whole scheme a focal point
  • Garage doors, gates, and iron painted to support the scheme instead of interrupting it
  • HOA and ARC paperwork help. Nearly every community we serve — Seven Hills, Anthem, MacDonald Ranch, Inspirada — requires architectural approval for exterior color. We prepare the color submittal with you so the scheme you want is the scheme that gets approved.

Engineered for the Mojave

Henderson exteriors live a hard life: intense UV that fades south- and west-facing walls first, 40-degree daily temperature swings that open hairline cracks in stucco, and monsoon bursts that find every failed sealant line. Our exterior work is specified for that reality:

  • Elastomeric or high-build masonry coatings where stucco cracking calls for it, standard acrylic where it doesn't — matched to the wall, not upsold by default
  • Fade-resistant exterior formulations, because dark accent colors in this valley chalk and fade fast if you cheap out on the paint
  • Crack repair, patching, and full pressure-wash prep before any coating goes on
  • Summer scheduling that starts elevations early and follows the shade — paint applied to a 140-degree west wall at 3pm fails early, so we don't do that

One Project with the Interior

The exterior scheme and the interior palette meet at your front door — literally. When we handle interior and exterior together, the color decisions are made once, coherently, and the whole home reads as a single design from the curb inward. It's also one mobilization, one schedule, and one quote.
